Sea cucumber (Holothuria atra) was used as a reducing and capping agent in the green synthesis process to produce silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The antioxidant activity of generated then evaluated. Seacucumber extract mixed with AgNO3 solution homogenized using magnetic stirrer create nanoparticles. It determined that nanoparticle production had occurred UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
